All notifications are turned on by default, except the notifications for new emails.
Head to Settings > Notification settings to manage which notifications you receive.Β
When turned on, you'll receive both mobile and desktop notifications. You'll also see these notifications in the built-in notification center, which you can access by clicking the Salesflare logo at the top left in your app.
Not receiving desktop notifications?
Make sure your browser is allowing Salesflare's push notifications.
Chrome
Here's how to check on Chrome.
βMake sure https://app.salesflare.com:443 is in the 'Allow' section.
Firefox
How to check on Firefox.
βIf the status for https://app.salesflare.com:443 is 'Block', remove the site and save changes. Then reload Salesflare in your Firefox browser and allow notifications when prompted.
Safari
How to check on Safari.
βMake sure to press the 'Allow' radio button for https://app.salesflare.com:443.
