On Salesflare, you can build your Workflows by simply filtering the contacts and building your email list.

And with this new feature, you're able to choose contacts to join your workflows one by one as well as pick them out.

We didn’t just make it possible to add contacts to workflows by selecting instead of filtering, but also made it much easier to see and manage what email workflows a contact is receiving.

Add individual contacts to email workflows

Want to add new leads from LinkedIn to an email workflow using Salesflare’s Chrome extension for LinkedIn?

Today, that has become even easier.

Just click to create the account and contact, find their business email address… and click to add the contact straight to an email workflow. ✨

Give it a try if you want to prospect like a pro! 🚀

We also made adding individual contacts possible from the workflow itself. While previously you could only filter out a workflow audience, you can now send it to selected contacts as well.

You can now both filter and select contacts to send an email workflow to. 💌

While filtering is still the most powerful way of defining and automating who should receive your workflow, selecting can be a handy alternative when you’re sending to smaller audiences.

Easily manage a contact’s email workflows

If you wanted to check what email workflows a contact is part of and/or exit them from a workflow, you previously had to manage this from the workflow analytics.

On the workflow, you could always check which contacts were receiving it.

This is not the only way anymore!

We’ve now added a “Workflows” section on each contact profile which enables you to see which workflows a contact is receiving or has received so far. And if you want to exit a contact from a specific workflow, we’ve added a button right there. 👇

You can now also see on a contact which workflows it’s receiving or has received so far. 👆

This makes it much easier to manage your email workflows per contact.
