Want to figure out quickly who you're connected with as a team? Here's how.
Who you know
Salesflare automatically keeps track of who you know at an account.
It does this by automatically creating contacts when:
You send an email to someone
You have a meeting with someone
These contacts are created in your "My Contacts" and suggested in the "Suggested contacts" on each account.
The matching for the suggestions works by comparing the domain of each email address with the domain of the account website.
Who your colleagues know
Also for your colleagues who use Salesflare, it automatically keeps track of who they know.
These contacts appear in the "People in my network".
They are "My Contacts" of your colleagues and the matching happens the same way as for "Suggested contacts" by comparing the email domain.
On each contact, you can see how strongly they are connect to your team. And they are sorted by connection strength (from strongest to least strong).
As these contacts are not yours and your colleagues did not explicitly share them with you, their email address and phone number(s) are hidden.
Want to get access? Just ask your colleague to add the contact to the account, simply by accepting the contact suggestion.
