In some cases, there might be something wrong in your cache.
Cache in the Outlook plug-in can be quite persistent and introduce errors.
Here’s how to clear it:
- Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Salesflare\cache where your username is the Windows username with which you are logged on.
- Delete everything in the folder.
- Restart Outlook
- Log on to Salesflare again.
