Don't want to track whether your emails are opened or clicked?

Then let us show you how to turn it off!

We'll show it in:

  • Gmail

  • Outlook (all different versions)

  • Salesflare

In Gmail

While you have the corresponding Gmail tab open, click on the Chrome extensions icon and then click on "Salesflare: ...".

(Or click straight on the Salesflare icon in case you've pinned the extension already.)

Then flip the "Track emails" switch to turn it off.

This will disable email tracking on all emails until you turn it back on.

In Outlook

In your Outlook ribbon at the top (Mac, classic Outlook for Windows) or in the ribbon on top of the email (Web, new Outlook for Windows), look for "Salesflare". Then click "Settings" and uncheck the "Track email opens and clicks" option.

Here's where you will find the Salesflare add-in and its Settings depending on your version of Outlook.

Outlook for Windows (classic)

Outlook for Windows (new)

Outlook for Mac

Outlook on the Web

This will disable email tracking on all emails until you turn it back on.

In Salesflare

When composing an email in Salesflare (either an individual email or an email within an email workflow), uncheck the "Email tracking" option at the bottom.

This will disable email tracking on a per-email basis.
