Can I create an account for my own company?

It may seem logical to add your own company as an account in Salesflare, but doing so can cause unnecessary problems for your team’s workflow, privacy, and data accuracy.

  • First of all, the email plugin becomes much more difficult to use. Your own company will constantly appear in suggestions, making it harder to find and work with actual customer data.

  • Secondly, internal communication could be exposed. Salesflare automatically tracks emails, meetings, and calls for linked accounts. Adding your own company risks pulling private internal conversations into the CRM where other team members can see them unnecessarily.
