The opportunity view in Salesflare helps you keep track of your accounts and the various opportunities associated with them. In some cases, you may have a set of products or services that you offer to your clients, and you’d like to be able to track the sales per product in your pipeline as well.

To do this, we suggest adding a ‘Product’ custom field on the Opportunity level. Just go to Settings > Customize Fields and select ‘Opportunity’ from the top, or click on the three little dots at the top right of the Opportunity page.

You can choose from a single select dropdown, multi-select dropdown (if someone can select more than one choice) or the autocomplete option.

If you only have a few products that you need to keep track of the counts for, you could alternatively or additionally add a numbers custom field per product.

If you want to go beyond tracking your sales per product and start tracking inventory as well, we recommend using an ERP system. If you choose this route, you can keep counts per product in Salesflare (as shown with the numbers fields above) and push those to the ERP when the opportunity goes to ‘Won’.
