How do I change my billing email address?

Where can I add a billing email address in my Salesflare account?

If you’re here, you’re probably trying to find the section in your Salesflare account where you can update the email address for receiving invoices. Right?

Well, you're in the right place! 👏

To edit your current billing email address, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Salesflare account and go to Settings ⚙️.

  2. Navigate to Billing & Usage 💳.

  3. At the top, you’ll see three options. Click on Invoicing 🧾 and scroll down to the Billing Email Address section.

  4. Enter the desired email address and click Save.

Please note, you can only add one email address from your Salesflare account. If you want to add multiple email addresses, ask the team on the chat. 📨


💡 Bonus: How can I download my Salesflare invoices?

Since your Salesflare invoices are available in the same section of the settings, we wanted to add a small explanation as well.

To find and download your invoices, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Salesflare account and go to Settings ⚙️.

  2. Navigate to Billing & Usage 💳.

  3. At the top, you’ll see three options. Click on History 🔄

  4. To download an invoice, you can click on the red pdf icon and the download will start instantly.
