What are the regional settings used for?

Where can I change my regional settings?

When you head to Settings > Regional settings, you are asked to select a theme, language, time format, day the week starts on, time zone, and currency.

But what do they mean?

Theme

By default, Salesflare follows the default theme on your device. You can also explicitly set it to either "light" or "dark" mode.

Language

Salesflare can be used in multiple languages. By default, Salesflare will be set to be displayed in your browser language (if the language is supported) when signing up. You can always change your language here.

Time format

The time format you select is used in places like the account timelines and task due dates.ย

Week starts on

When you select a day for the week to start on, this is updated for you in the date pickers across the app.

Time zone

The time zone is used when sending email workflows. The selected time zone affects when a workflow is scheduled, plus which sending schedule is used. (This is important when teams work across time zones.)

Apart from that, the Salesflare application itself automatically follows the time zone of your device.

Currency

Your currency is used for setting targets, opportunity values and the insights dashboard. This setting is for the entire team.

That's all we have! Let us know on the chat if you have any more questions about this or anything else.
