Yes, you can integrate Intercom with Salesflare using Zapier.
We've set this up ourselves, and some of our customers have done the same as well.
You can:
sync users/contacts between the two apps
add messages in Salesflare when conversations in Intercom are opened/ closed
keep the URL of the Intercom contact in a custom field in Salesflare and vice versa, so you can easily link between apps

Use this zap template to pull Intercom conversations into account timelines 💪:
Step 1: Trigger on New Conversation in Intercom
Search for Intercom as your Trigger App.
Connect your Intercom account.
Step 2: Find a Contact in Salesflare
Search for Salesflare as your Action App.
Select Find Contact as your Salesflare Action.
Connect your Salesflare account and continue.
Step 3: Create an internal note in Salesflare
Search for Salesflare as your Action App.
Select 'Create Internal Note' to bring your Intercom conversations into the account timeline of the contact you found in Step 2.
Continue. Test your step. Name & turn your zap on.
