This happens because your Gmail settings have not been configured to enable seamless integration with Salesflare – but fret not, it's an issue easily resolved with the following steps:

Launch your Gmail on browser and go to "Settings" via the nut icon to the top right of the screen > choose "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" via 

Step 1: Scroll to "IMAP Access" > check "Enable IMAP" under "Status"

Step 2: Continuing on "IMAP Access" > select "Do not limit the number of messages in an IMAP folder (default)" for "Folder Size Limits"

Step 3: Update your "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" Settings by clicking on "Save Changes" before you proceed to the next steps

Go to "Settings" > choose "Labels" via 

Step 4: Check "Show in IMAP" for all folders under "System labels"

Step 5: Update your "Labels" Settings by clicking on "Save Changes". Your complete mailbox should show up on Salesflare.
