# How can I add the Salesflare tracking script using Google Tag Manager?

How can I create a Google tag and use it to put the Salesflare website tracking script on my site?

We will provide a step-by-step guide on how to add the Salesflare Website Tracking Script to Google Tag Manager.

1.  Go to your Google Tag Manager account and select your **“Workspace”**
    
2.  On the left hand side, click on “**Tags”** \> and click on **“New”**

3.  Click on “**Tag Configuration**”

4.  Scroll down to find “**Custom HTML**” from the list

5.  Log in to your Salesflare account and go to **Settings** \> **Applications & Integrations** \> Click on “**show script**” for **Website tracking script** \> Copy script

6.  Go back to your Google Tag Manager \> click on “**Custom HTML**” \> paste the HTML you copied from Salesflare

7.  Click on “**Triggering”**

8.  Select the "**All Pages**" and "**Page View**" as the trigger

9.  Give your tag a name \> click on “Save” on top right corner

10.  Click **“Submit”** to submit your changes \> give your version a name \> click on “**Publish**” in the top right corner
